Description
This Scilog / Labtec Pump Motor Model CP-200 w/ Micropump Model GJ-N25 is used and in excellent condition.
The LabTec™ is a walk-up dispensing station; the user selects the solvent volume desired then presses a key or foot switch (sold separately) to initiate the dispensing cycle. The LabTec provides high precision, high accuracy dispensing from milliliters to liters.
Dispensing accuracy and precision is assured with a simple, single key re-calibration feature. For ease of use, up to ten user-defined dispensing volumes can be stored in the LabTec. For inventory control purposes all dispensing activity can be tracked on the easy-to-read display or documented and archived in your PC.
10 ml to 2 liter aliquots of low or high viscosity liquids. Typical precision 0.5% by vol. Use with any thick, viscous liquids. 600 RPM motor.

SciLog CP-200 Labtec Pump Motor w/ Micropump Model GJ-N25 Overview

SciLog offers a number of different pump head / motor combinations to cover a wide pump output ranging from 0.03 ml/min to 2,250 ml/min. For nano-filters, used in virus filtration, the FilterTec CP-8 is recommended which comes with an 8 RPM motor and a 1081 peristaltic pump head and generates pump rate from 0.03 to 24.3 ml/min. In contrast, the FilterTec CP-120 utilizes a 160 RPM motor and a 1081 peristaltic and generates a pump output ranging from 0.5 to 554 ml/min.
The SciLog TANDEM 1081 uses Masterflex tubing sizes #13, 14, 16, 17, 18, and 25. It is intended for use with aseptic, sterile liquids; Max. 40 psi uses TANDEM dual Channel peristaltic head. (All flows cited are single channel flows).
• CP-8 Flow Range: 0.01 ml/min to 33 ml/min, per channel, depending upon tubing size used. It’s mounted with a variable speed motor with a max. of 8 RPM.
• CP-120 Flow Range: 0.5 ml/min to 554 ml/min, per channel, depending upon tubing size used. It’s mounted with a variable speed motor with a max. of 160 RPM.
• CP-200 Flow Range: 2.0 ml/min to 2250 ml/min, per channel, depending upon tubing size used. It’s mounted with a variable speed motor with a max. of 600 RPM.

These compact, magnetically driven gear pumps feature a cavity style design with PTFE seals to ensure leak-free performance. With benefits like chemical resistance, abrasive fluids pumping and smooth, pulseless delivery, Series GJ pumps are available with a wide range of options, as well as in standard and OEM configurations.
