CIO-632H-4 Lunaire CO2 Incubator

The Lunaire / Thermal Products Solutions CO2 Incubators has a main power switch and pilot light to indicate it is on. The modematic temperature control displays the actual temperature inside the unit and controls temperature at a desired setpoint. Integral heat on L.E.D. indicates when the solid state control energizes the heater. Integral temperature alarm will set off a "Hi Temp" L.E.D. that will flash off and on, it will also set off an audible alarm if the temperature rises 0.5°C. There is a silence switch that will deactivate the alarm if placed in the silence position. When the hi temp L.E.D. flashes, power to all heaters is cut. When the temperature returns to normal, the main controller assumes control automatically. The modematic CO2 control displays the actual CO2 tension within the chamber and maintains desired setpoint. The CO2 L.E.D. indicates when CO2 is being introduced into the incubator chamber. The CO2 alarm and CO2 deviation L.E.D. will be activated if the CO2 tension deviates by more than 1%. With a setpoint of 5% tension, the deviation L.E.D. will remain energized until the CO2 tension rises to 4% or exceeds 6%. There is a CO2 sample port that is connected to the inner chamber and allows a CO2 sample to be obtained. There is also a humidity percent control, humidity range control, humidity meter, fine tune humidity control, a low limit temperature control, a refrigeration switch for operation below 37°C, a refrigeration pilot light, a low limit pilot light, a defrost pilot light, a humidity recorder, and a temperature recorder.
