The OMEGA OS86 Series Non-Contact Infrared Thermometers with Precision Laser Sighting measures

The OMEGA OS86 can be an invaluable detection tool in your preventive maintenance program. It can help prevent a variety of temperature-related equipment or process malfunctions before serious damage can occur, such as bearing failures, electrical power distribution and switching faults, blocked steam traps, deteriorating insulation, depleted refrigeration media, over-or-under-heating of moving process materials, etc.
The OS86 detects the infrared energy that is radiated from the surfaces of all materials - even very cold materials - and converts the energy into either a °C or °F digital display on the instrument.
