Moog / Crossbow Technology IMU400CA-100 Crossbow High Performance 6DOF IMU Gyroscope Overview
Features:
- High Stability MEMS Sensors
- Gyro and Accel Range Options
- Analog and Digital Outputs
- No Calibration Required
The Moog / Crossbow Technology IMU400CA High Performance 6DOF IMU Gyroscopes are high performance low-cost solid-state six-degree-of-freedom (6DOF) inertial packages intended for OEM navigation and control, dynamics testing and instrumentation applications. This high reliability strap-down inertial sub-system provides accurate measurement of angular rate and linear acceleration. The IMU400 series product builds on the performance of the IMU300 series. It features higher performance sensors, including silicon MEMS accelerometers and gyroscopes with lower noise and improved bias stability. The IMU400CA achieves it's excellent performance by employing proprietary algorithms to characterize and correct for the effects of temperature, linearity and misalignment. Fully compensated angular rate and acceleration outputs are provided in both analog and digital (RS-232) formats.
The Crossbow Technology IMU400CA-100 Crossbow High Performance 6DOF IMU Gyroscope may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Great customer service. good prices and knowledgeable staff!
- Arvind P.
We have some test equipment in our lab from the 1990's that stopped working about 2 years ago. It sat in the corner collecting dust, but we took on a project last month that required more machines. After talking to Artisan, we found out we could get parts to fix our machine for much less than buying a new one!
- Shelby G.
The customer service representative was great. She couldn’t answer my question but connected me to an engineer who made sure I was ordering the right part. Shipping was fast too.
- Albert P.
I just want to thank you and the staff at Artisan for your prompt dispatch of the 34401A main board. I got it a couple of hrs. ago, removed the old board, installed the new and the result is as shown in the attachment. It not only works, but is calibrated to the last digit! I am very pleased and will definitely recommend your firm to my friends and colleagues. I really appreciate doing business with a firm that values service.
