VS2 Logitech Vacuum Unit

The Logitech VS2 Vacuum Unit provides a 'ready to use' system for vacuum retention of samples on a variety of lapping and polishing jigs and machines. It will prevent any disruption to the vacuum supply by safeguarding against slurry or water ingress, thereby ensuring continual efficient user operation.

The Logitech VS2 Vacuum Unit provides a reliable and constant vacuum retention supply for samples and is compatible with the Logitech PM5, Logitech Saws, Vacuum Chuck Mounting Blocks and Logitech Lapping and Polishing Jigs such as the PLJ2 and the PP5.

The Logitech VS2 Vacuum Unit comprises a single stage rotary vacuum pump, wafer trap, drain and control values mounted on a rigid frame.

The inclusion of both a vauum pump and water trap working in conjuction, ensures the VS2 Unit can effectively prevent the ingress of wafer and slurry contaminants into the vacuum supply of the jig or saw, thereby offering continuous sample retention control.

With its components mounted on a rigid single frame construction, the Logitech VS2 Unit can be either wall mounted or bench in close proximity to the machine or jig.

The control and vacuum display areas are easily accessible for both monitoring and ease of operator activation.
