Voltage is continuously adjustable from 5-1,000 volts, producing up to 250 watts of power. Current limits can be set from 0-500 mA. The Model 1000/500 is a truly versatile power supply, being capable of providing the voltage for IEF, the current for multiple PAGE gels, and the control required for experimental reproducibility.
The Bio-Rad 1000/500 Constant Voltage Power Supply may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
