Malvern Zetasizer 4000 Particle Size Analyzer Overview
Features:
- Considerable Flexibility for a Wide Range of Particle Sizes
- High Resolution
- Capable of Measuring Particles from 5 - 5000 nm
- 64, 128, and 256 Channel Correlators can be Used
- Laser Anemometry Insures Rapid Electrophoresis
The Malvern Zetasizer 4000 Particle Size Analyzer combines the advantages of a cross beam laser anemometer, for optimum electrophoresis, and a parallel beam along the axis of the cell for optimum sizing, particularly of larger particles. The multi-angle positioning of the receiver, in conjunction with the parallel and cross beam modes, gives the instruments considerable flexibility for measurements over a larger range of particles sizes. Electrophoresis, using reference beam mode, is also available for high resolution of samples containing mixtures of mobilities.
The Malvern Zetasizer 4000 Particle Size Analyzer may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
