The Bio-Tek ELx405 Microplate Washer is a user-programmable, fully automated microplate washer. Variations of the washer include the ELx405, Select, HT, Magna, and Select CW. It has programmable dispense volumes, flow, and aspiration rates provide for a wide range of washing capabilities, from gentle washing to vigorous washing. The ELx405 can be used to wash all microplate-based assays, including ELISA, fluorescence, chemiluminescence, RIA, DNA probes, and cellular assays. All ELx405 models support Wash, Prime, Dispense, and Aspirate programs. In addition, these programs can be “linked” together to run automatically. All ELx405 models include a robot accessible carrier and can be interfaced into some standard robotic systems.
The ELx405 Select Bio-Tek Microplate Washer may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
