The Agilent / HP 4284A Precision LCR Meter is a general purpose LCR meter for incoming inspection of components, quality control and laboratory use. The Agilent / HP 4284A Precision LCR Meter is used for evaluating LCR components, materials and semiconductor devices over a wide range of frequencies (20Hz to 1MHz). The Agilent / HP 4284A Precision LCR Meter with its built-in comparator, the Agilent / HP 4284A can output comparison / decision results for sorting components into a maximum of ten bins.
The HP 4284A Precision LCR Meter may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
