WinSystems PCM-CFLASH2-40-0 CompactFlash to PC/104 Module Overview

Features:

  • Supports Type I or II Compact Flash Cards and IBM Microdrives
  • Master/Slave Operation for Multiple Drive Support
  • LED Provides Visual Status During Data Transfer
  • Supports 3.3 and 5 Volt CF Cards
The WinSystems PCM-CFLASH-2 Compact Flash Disk to PC/104 Adapter module is designed specifically to adapt Compact Flash modules for rugged embedded systems use. The adapter provides for master/ slave selection as well as providing a visual drive status indicator. Two IDE connectors are provided for maximum cabling flexibility. The Compact Flash Drives are IDE interfaced and are fully software compatible with IDE hard disks. This compatibility at the hardware level means that special software drivers are not required. The PCM-CFLASH-2 supports Compact Flash Type I and II and IBM Microdrives.

The WinSystems PCM-CFLASH2-40-0 CompactFlash to PC/104 Module may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
