SANBlaze SB-PMC320-C PMC Ultra320 SCSI Adapter Overview

  • Connects up to 30 Devices
The SANBlaze SB-PMC320 PMC Ultra320 SCSI Adapter provides industry leading SCSI device connectivity for embedded systems based on VME or CompactPCI. The SB-PMC320 has two independent Ultra320 SCSI channels, each allowing up to 320 MB/sec transfer rates. Each channel supports up to 15 SCSI devices. The SB-PMC320 also provides Raid 0 (striping) and Raid 1 (mirroring) functionality on either channel.

The SB-PMC320 series of Ultra320 SCSI PMC adapters are manufactured in 3 configurations. The dual channel version is manufactured with either 2 front panel ports via 68 pin VHDCI connectors or 1 front panel and 1 rear I/O port (via J/P 4). A single channel version of the card is manufactured with a single front panel port via a 68 pin VHDCI connector. These options allow for maximum design flexibility, while delivering the high performance and Raid functionality of Ultra320 in a PMC form factor.

The SANBlaze SB-PMC320-C PMC Ultra320 SCSI Adapter may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
