VX Instruments AXC7572 250A / 20V High Current SMU Overview

Features:

The VX Instruments AXC757x Series High Current Source and Measurement Units are designed for semiconductor and high throughput testing.

The very fast rise time allows current pulses up to 250A with a programmable pulse length. The pulse duration can be configured from 250&;micro;s to 2ms at maximum current (4ms at the AXC7572). An integrated "Ixt limiter" monitors the maximum current-time product of 250Ax2ms (4ms at the AXC7572). This allows a multitude of current-pulse-length combinations.

Together with the integrated differential voltage measurement unit (VMU) and the integrated current measurement unit (CMU) all high current tests of power semiconductor can be done. A factory optional isolated VMU is available. This VMU will have an additional measurement range and a much higher CMRR.

Interfaces for LAN, GPIB and USB are included to offer an easy communication with most usual control devices.

The VX Instruments AXC7572 250A / 20V High Current SMU may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
