The Programmed Test Sources PTS 250 Frequency Synthesizer is a 1 MHz to 250 MHz ultra clean synthesized signal source. It has a +3 to +13 dBm output range. The user has a choice of resolutions available to them. The unit has very low phase noise, and fast switching, at 5-20 µs. The PTS 250 is a fully programmable, BCD or GPIB, with modular flexibility, and remote-only versions. It has low power consumption, high reliability, and (7) decades of DDS resolution available (with phase-continuous switching).
