Instek GTP-100A Probe Overview
Features:

- 1 GS/s Real Time Sampling Rate and 25 GS/s Equivalent-Time Sampling
- 25 kpoints Record Length Maximum
- Large 5.6-in TFT Color Display
- FFT Function
- Standard USB Host and Device Interface; Optional GPIB
- Optional DC Power
The GDS 2000 Series has a wide selection range of 60MHz to 200MHz bandwidth on 2 or 4 channels. There is also a high Sampling rate of up to 1 GS/s real-time and 25GS/s equivalent-time. The powerful display is 5.6 in. color TFT, wide viewing angle, 8 x 12 divisions waveform support. There is a USB connection to use for printers and storage devices. It uses DC Power (battery) operation and has Deep memory with 25k points record length.
The units also have automatic measurements with a maximum 24 types and the peak detection of up to 10ns. They use FFT analysis, with triggers of Video, Pulse width, Average, and Delay. They use the program and play mode, with Go-No Go test, it has built-in help, PC software control and IEEE based remote access.
The Instek GTP-100A Probe may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
