Amrel SPS 20-50 Switch Mode Power Supply Overview

Features:

  • Automatic Constant Voltage/Constant Current Mode Crossover
  • Connect in Parallel or in Series to Provide Increased Current or Voltage
  • Output Voltage Ratings up to 800Vdc and Current Ratings up to 150Adc
AMREL’s SPS Series of switch-mode power supplies are designed for optimal performance with 16 bit DAC’s and 20 bit ADC’s, to provide excellent programming and read-back resolution and accuracy. The SPS Series also offers precise line/load regulation in addition to very low peak-to-peak ripple-noise. Opt-couplers are employed to isolate digital from analog circuits.

The SPS Series will operate in local or remote modes. Remote operation is performed via optional GLIB/RS232 interfaces and PC controller. AMREL's SPS Series Power Supplies feature fast down programming circuitry, power-off memory and electronic calibration. Electronic calibration is easily performed through firmware commands without removing the unit from its environment.

The Amrel SPS 20-50 Switch Mode Power Supply may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
