Berkeley Nucleonics B940-1 VXI Digital Delay Generator Overview
Features:
- 6-Channel Digital Delay Generator
- Delay and Width Modes
- 40 Picosecond LSB Resolution
- 32-Bit (168 ms) Full-Scale Delay Range
In the delay mode all channels are triggered simultaneously. The module generates a To edge 25 nSec after the trigger, and six following delays A, B, C, D, E & F each programmable from 0 to 83.9 mSec.
n the width mode, channel A is triggered from the trigger source, while channel B is triggered from A. This allows the generation of a pulse whose incidence is determined by channel A's timing value and whose duration is determined by channel B's timing value. Similarly, channels C/D and E/F can be combined into additional delay/width channels.
The six outputs are each programmable for a select combination of To, A, B, C, D, E, F and an external expansion unit.
