The Tektronix NetTek YBT1E1 T1 / E1 Circuit Tester Kit is part of the NetTek BTS Field Tool family: a high-performance, portable, field-ready tester, optimized for rapid troubleshooting and base station performance verification. The NetTek YBT1E1 compliments the functionality of the NetTek YBT250 Field Transmitter and Interference Tester and the NetTek YBA250 Antenna and Transmission Line Analyzer, which also operate on the NetTek Analyzer Platform. Use the NetTek YBT1E1 to verify the proper operation of T1 and E1 data lines by verifying synchronization, line framing, bit errors, and other important characteristics. The NetTek YBT1E1 circuit tester can perform measurements on both in-service and out-of-service networks.The YBT1E1 PC Card acts as the product platform and provides T1 and E1 digital interfaces to the NetTek Analyzer Platform. The YBT1E1 Line Interface adapts the PC card interface to RJ48 test cables. The 120 ohm RJ45-to-75 ohm-BNC Y Cable provides a BNC-compatible connection between the YBT1E1 Line Interface and BNC-equipped system equipment. The RJ48-to-RJ48 Straight-Wired Cable provides a RJ48-compatible connection between the YBT1E1 Line Interface and base station equipment. The RJ48 Loopback Plug connects the NetTek YBT1E1 receive input to the NetTek YBT1E1 transmit output when plugged into the YBT1E1 Line Interface. It is required to run the diagnostic self tests. The RJ48-to-Bantam Y Cable provides an RJ48-compatible connection between the YBT1E1 Line Interface and a DSX patch panel.
