The EG&G YAG Series Photodiode is a planar diffused photodiode with a large area. The YAG Series is likewise equipped with a wide dynamic and spectral range, augmented by a >90% DC quantum efficiency at 900 nm, along with numerous other helpful features.
The EG&G YAG-100A Photodiode may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
