The Western Avionics Shuttle Bus VME is an intelligent interface card providing Data Bus and Multiplex De-Multiplex Multiple Remote Terminal capability to the Shuttle Bus. The Western Avionics Shuttle Bus VME also provides Simplex and Half-Duplex modes. Specific operational modes provided include LDB_BCT, LDB_MRT, GDB_BCT, GDB_MRT, BUS_MON, MDM_MRT, Primitive and Calibration modes.

The Western Avionics SBIIB Shuttle Bus VME may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
