The Aeroflex 3020 Series Digital RF Signal Generators are compact 3U high precision
PXI modular RF signal generators with integrated
dual-channel arbitrary waveform generator,
(AWG). Their functionality and performance are
ideally matched to the needs of RF test systems for
R&D manufacturing and design verification.
The 3020 Series support applications in the frequency range
100 kHz to 6 GHz, provide output power control ranging from -120 dBm
to +17 dBm and support modulation bandwidths of up to 90 MHz.
The Aeroflex 3025 Digital RF Signal Generators may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
