Atrenne AIRV-A6A Air Blocker Overview

Features:

  • Silver-Filled Elastomeric EMI Gaskets
  • Air Dams may be Located on the Upper or Lower Edges
  • Front Panels Provide the System with an EMI Seal
  • Contain Provisions for Mounting Internal Hard Drives
The Atrenne Air Blockers feature silver-filled elastomeric EMI gaskets eliminate problems associated with competitive metal gaskets. Air dams may be located on the upper or lower edges, blocking the airflow in and out of the empty slot and preventing "chimney effects", thus improving system airflow. Front panels provide the system with an EMI seal (VME64x, OpenVPX and CompactPCI versions) as well as a finished appearance and easy maintenance. VME P1 connector jumpers daisy chain signals to allow by passing of the vacant slot.

The Atrenne AIRV-A6A Air Blocker may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
