The Avago Technologies / LSI Logic LSI22320 Series SCSI Host Adapter allows the user to connect up to 15 SCSI devices per channel over a SCSI bus. The Ultra320 SCSI host adapters can also be used in PCI-X computer systems with a standard bracket type. The Ultra320 SCSI host adapters utilize Fusion-MPT architecture for all major operating systems, which allows for thinner drivers and better performance. To achieve Ultra320 SCSI performance, the user must connect only LowVoltage Differential (LVD) devices to the host adapter. If either single-ended (SE) devices and LVD devices are connected, the entire bus will drop to the lower SE speed, limiting bus performance to Ultra SCSI.

The LSI Logic LSI22320-S SCSI Host Adapter may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
