Curtiss-Wright / Primagraphics Valiant 863207-NSW-A Graphics Overlay Generator Overview
Features:
- Provides Facilities for Superimposing Text and Graphics on Top of Colored Images
- VME Compatible Card
- 32 or 40 MHz TMS34020 32-Bit Graphics Processor
- Dual Video Output Channels
The Curtiss-Wright / PrimaGraphics Valiant Series Graphics Overlay Generator provides facilities for superimposing text and graphics on top of colored images generated by many different manufacturers' graphics systems. For example, Valiant can be used to draw a head-up display over a 3D out-of-cockpit view in an aircraft simulator. The Valiant graphics overlay generator is a VME compatible card providing interlaced and non-interlaced colour display capability with genlock and keying circuits on one double Eurocard. A TMS34020 32-bit graphics processor running at 32 or 40 MHz gives powerful graphics drawing performance. Dual video output channels can provide independent displays and can be accurately genlocked to two synchronised video sources via dual video input channels. Once genlocked, independent overlays can be provided for the two video sources.
The Primagraphics Valiant 863207-NSW-A Graphics Overlay Generator may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

What Customers Are Saying
- Arvind P.
We have some test equipment in our lab from the 1990's that stopped working about 2 years ago. It sat in the corner collecting dust, but we took on a project last month that required more machines. After talking to Artisan, we found out we could get parts to fix our machine for much less than buying a new one!

We found Artisan when our PXI Chassis broke, which shut down our production line. We were up and running in less than a day because they shipped overnight and talked our tech guys through the installation over the phone. ATG saved the day big time!
- Matt R. Google
I found that the staff is very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of equipment!

We bought a Parker Compumotor Controller for our press and installed it 2 weeks ago. Easy fix for our machine and it is working perfect.
