The Texas Instruments CORR II 1670617-25 VME Module has two NEC D431000ACZ 125 kilobyte CMOS static RAM, four NEC D3256BCZ 32 kilobyte CMOS static RAM, two Ecliptek EC1125 40 MHz clock, two Altera EP910LC-30 erasable programmable logic device, one Signetics N82S191CN3 2 kilobyte PROM.
