The Drivven D000025 O2 Sensor Module Kit is a CompactRIO-compatible measurement module designed for monitoring both wide-band and narrow-band exhaust oxygen sensors in engine development, emissions research, dynamometer testing, powertrain calibration, and advanced control-system applications. The module interfaces directly with National Instruments CompactRIO and PXI FPGA platforms and provides dedicated signal conditioning and control functions for exhaust oxygen sensing.
The D000025 incorporates two Bosch LSU 4.2 wide-band oxygen sensor controllers and four narrow-band oxygen sensor inputs. The wide-band channels actively control sensor heater temperature and pump current to provide lambda, air-fuel ratio, and related exhaust gas measurements, while the narrow-band channels support a variety of zirconia oxygen sensor configurations. All measurement channels are updated at 1 kHz and are supported through LabVIEW FPGA and Real-Time software libraries provided by Drivven.
The module is designed specifically for integration into National Instruments FPGA-based control systems and is intended for engine control, calibration, combustion analysis, fuel-development work, and closed-loop air-fuel ratio control applications.
The Drivven D000025 O2 Sensor Module may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
