Functions
High-frequency power amplification with a 33 dB gain and 1.25 dB flatness across a 2-4 GHz range, maintaining a noise figure of 4.0 dB. It supports a P1dB of over 30 dBm with a maximum VSWR of 2:1 for input/output. Operates at a typical 15 V DC and draws 870 mA. Encased in CTT HS6. Designed for RF signal chain integration, including radar systems and communication infrastructure where stable, high-gain, and low-noise performance is critical.
