Provides real-time vacuum pressure measurement and control for process monitoring applications. Interfaces with ionization gauges, thermocouple gauges, and capacitance manometers through analog and digital inputs. Features dual-channel capability with independent gauge control, setpoint relay outputs for process automation, analog output signals for data logging, and RS-232/RS-485 serial communication for remote monitoring. Displays pressure readings in multiple units with logarithmic and linear scales. Includes programmable setpoints, gauge degas control, emission current adjustment, and filament protection features. Commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing, thin-film deposition, vacuum furnaces, and analytical instrumentation systems.
