Kurz Instruments 454FTB-12-HT Insertion Flow Meter is engineered for robust and accurate gas velocity and flow measurement in demanding industrial process applications. It is designed for direct insertion into process lines, providing essential data for monitoring and control systems. The system provides precise temperature compensation across a process temperature range of 0 C to 260 C, with an absolute temperature rating up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring accuracy in varied conditions. The 454FTB-12-HT features a 12-inch probe support and is calibrated for ambient air gas velocity, supporting measurements up to a 1000 SFPM range. It delivers reliable process data with an absolute pressure capability of 15 PSIA. Two isolated 4-20 mA outputs facilitate seamless integration into existing control and data acquisition systems.
