LC20 Chromatography Enclosure
The LC20 Chromatography Enclosure is an integral part of the DX Chromatography Systems. It can house the following system components, which must be ordered separately or as part of another module: Separator columns, optional guard columns, SRS™ (Self-Regenerating Suppressor), detection stabilizer, and detector cell (s) for the electrochemical detector and conductivity detector. The LC20 does not require power. Internal components are operated by the GP50 pump.
AD25 Absorbance Detector
The AD25 Absorbance Detector is a dual-beam, variable wavelength photometer. Spectral capability from 190 nm to 800 nm is provided by two light sources: a deuterium lamp for ultraviolet detection and a tungsten lamp for visible wavelength operation. The AD25 contains a built-in holmium oxide filter for wavelength verification. The AD25 can be controlled locally, from the front panel, or remotely (via the DX-LAN™ interface), from a host computer running running PeakNet® 6, Release 6.1 (or later) software.
CD25 Conductivity Detector
The CD25 Conductivity Detector is a sensitive, accurate, and versatile instrument for detecting and quantifying ionic analytes in liquid and ion chromatography. It is especially useful for analytes that lack UV chromophores and cannot be determined with adequate sensitivity by UV absorbance. Conductivity detection, especially when combined with chemical eluent suppression, provides excellent sensitivity and selectivity for numerous ionic species, both organic and inorganic. The major organic analytes are carboxylic, sulfonic, and phosphonic acids; and primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary amines. Inorganic analytes include strong acid anions such as the halides, sulfate, nitrate, and phosphate; alkali metal and alkaline earth cations. The CD25 can be controlled locally, from the front panel, or remotely (via the DX-LAN™ interface) from a host computer running PeakNet® 6, Release 6.1 (or later) software.
GP50 Gradient Pump
The GP50 Gradient Pump is an integral part of a chromatography system. It is a microprocessor-based, dual-piston, variable-speed, gradient delivery system
designed to blend and pump mixtures of up to four different eluents at precisely controlled flow rates. The pump can deliver the selected eluent composition isocratically, or as a multistep linear or curved gradient. A Digital Signal Processor (DSP) provides high speed control of pump flow and pressure. The pump can operate as a stand-alone product or with other modules as part of a complete chromatography system. It can also be used with non-modules that meet interface requirements for software, TTL, or relay control. The GP50 can be controlled locally, using the front panel keypad and display, or from a remote host computer with a DX-LAN™ interface installed and PeakNet® software installed on the host computer.

ED40 Electrochemical Detector
The ED40 Electrochemical Detector measures current resulting from the application of potential (voltage) across electrodes in flowthrough cells. Depending on the method by which the potential is applied and the current measured, several different properties of the flowing solution can be determined. The ED40 provides the three major forms of electrochemical detection: Conductivity, DC Amperometry, and Integrated Amperometry.
IP20 Isocratic Pump
The IP20 Isocratic Pump is a microprocessor-based, dual-piston,variable-speed, isocratic delivery system designed to pump mobile phase components at precisely controlled flow rates. A Digital Signal Processor (DSP) provides high speed control of pump flow and pressure. The IP20 can operate as a stand-alone product or with other modules as part of a complete chromatography system. It can also be used with non-modules that meet interface requirements for software, TTL, or relay control. The IP20 can be controlled locally using the front panel keypad and display, or from a remote host computer with a DX LAN™ interface installed and PeakNet® software installed on the host computer.
AS40 Autosampler
The AS40 Autosampler provides high-performance, automated sample processing for ion chromatography applications. It combines common autosampler functions with automated sample pretreatment capabilities. Its metal-free flow path ensures compatibility with all common ion chromatography samples and eluents. The AS40 features a simple front panel that is easy to learn and use. The AS40 is a sample-loading device that can use the injector valve housed in the LC10, LC20, LC25, and LC30 modules. An automatic switching power supply provides universal input voltage and simplifies instrument setup.
