Modular piezoelectric controller chassis providing operating voltages and backplane connections for up to three compatible amplifier modules, servo-controllers, and interface/display modules. Supports nanopositioning systems and piezo actuators with capacitive or strain gauge sensors. Configurable for 1 to 3 channels with low-voltage and high-voltage amplifier options ranging from 14 to 400 W peak power. Features EMI-proven design with multi-function power supply for standard 19-inch rackmount installation.
