Generates and analyzes broadband signals across multiple frequency bands for characterization and verification of RF/microwave components and systems. Provides calibrated test signals with adjustable power levels and modulation capabilities. Interfaces with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes via RF connectors and GPIB/USB control interfaces. Features built-in signal conditioning including amplification, attenuation, and filtering. Supports automated test sequences through programmable control.
