The comprehensive thermal design ensures reliability with excellent cooling, monitoring, and protection. Each high-power module is equipped with a custom-designed heat sink to provide optimal cooling. An on-board temperature monitor protects the pin electronics devices from overheating and provides over-temperature shutdown.
The Astronics T964 64-Channel Digital Resource Module may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
