The CPC324 is considered to be one of the most powerful and flexible access controllers on the market. For use at its full potential, the CPC324 works best when coupled with applications that are required to handle a large volume of voice circuits for protocol processing. With the CPC324 module, two PTMC sites can connect two single, or one dual PTMC module. The CPC324 can be used with a multitude of applications; Including, wireless infrastructure equipment, media and signaling gateways, IP media equipment, telecom switching and routing equipment, and SS7 network elements.

The Ribbon CPC324 Edge Processor Module may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
