The Systran SCRAMNet GT Series PCI and PMC Cards provide linkage via the PCI bus. The PCI bus is used in most standard PCs, and the PMC format is used in most popular single-board computers. Both of these variations interoperate completely on the link interface, providing seamless integration between diverse platforms.

Common features of the SCRAMNet GT Series PCI and PMC Cards are a physical interface of 2.5 GB/second for short wavelength laser (850 nm), long wavelength laser (1300 nm) and a selectable local host interrupts for error and status conditions along with supporting "concurrent" network and host accesses.
