Illinois Instruments 913 Oxygen Monitor Overview

The Illinois Instruments 900 Series Oxygen Monitors contain an anode, electrolyte and an air cathode to which the diffusion of Oxygen is limited by a diffusion barrier. At the air cathode Oxygen is reduced to Hydroxyl ions which in turn oxidize the metal anode. The 900 Series instruments are controlled through the LED display and the four digit keypad or via the RS232 communication port. The instruments normally read the oxygen concentration of the sample gas either in ppm or % (whichever LED is on) when the instrument is powered up.

The Illinois Instruments 913 Oxygen Monitor may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Provides autoranging measurement from 0.1 ppm to 30% O2, with response from ambient air to below 20 ppm in 2 minutes. Suitable for all gases except corrosive or acidic. Panel or bench mountable, powered by 110–120 V or 220–240 V.
