Schneider Electric / Square D SY/MAX Class 8020 SCP-523 Processor Overview
Features:
- Up to 2008 Digital Inputs and Outputs
- (5) Diagnostic LED's
- Programmer and Communication Channels
The 500 series processors have the ability to address up to 2008 registers for the performance of its control functions. Each register can be assigned as a data value, counter, timer, 16 digital I/O, etc. Up to 460 of these registers may reside within the processor with the remainder residing within the SY/MAX Local Interface Modules and within other intelligent I/O modules such as Analog and BCD I/O, High Speed Counter Input, Stepper Motor and Speech Output Module.
The Schneider Electric SY/MAX Class 8020 SCP-523 Processor may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
