The Inficon / Leybold ISO-KF / ISO-K / ISO-F / CF Series Vacuum Fittings and Feedthroughs feature a stabilized vacuum knife-edge, which ensure the highest degree of leak tightness. In addition, the ISO-KF / ISO-K / ISO-F / CF Series is highly reliable, easy to assemble, has a symmetrical flange connection, and helium tight. Further, the flange connection can be baked out up to 450°C (842°F).
