The Watlow EHG2 Series In-Line Card, Combination Action Controls are temperature regulating/limit devices with a thermal cutout feature. They are primarily intended to be used in the semiconductor manufacturing industry but also could be used in other temperature limiting applications. They monitor temperature by virtue of two thermocouple inputs. One thermocouple is used for the operating control functionality (PID algorithm) and the other is used for the temperature limiting functionality.

The Watlow EHG2-EXTR-0000 In-Line Card, Combination Action Control may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
