Compliance Declaration

Artisan Technology Group is registered with the United States Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Artisan Technology Group exports in accordance with the EAR.

These commodities, technology, or software were exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.

Customer Export Compliance Declaration

This Customer Declaration, dated as of the date set forth below, declares that Customer, identified below, wishes to purchase from Artisan Technology Group ("Artisan") equipment which is manufactured, distributed, serviced, and/or sold by Artisan ("Products").

Customer shall not export, re-export, or transfer (directly or indirectly) any Products or technical data received hereunder, to any country or user to which such export, re-export or transfer is restricted by United States or local country law or regulation without first obtaining any required governmental license, authorization, certification or approval. In particular, Customer agrees that:

  1. Customer will not use the Products in any of the following or transfer Products to others if Customer knows that the use will be any of the following: (a) design, development, production, maintenance or use of missiles, missile technology, rockets, space launch vehicles, or unmanned aerial vehicles in each case for delivery of any nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons or capable of delivery range greater than 300 kilometers; (b) design, development, production, stockpiling, or use of chemical or biological weapons; or (c) any nuclear end-uses. (15 CFR 744.3)
  2. Customer will not transfer or allow to be transferred the Products to any individual, entity, or destination that is prohibited by the U.S. government or under any applicable law, including but not limited to any of the following lists:

  3. Customer will not export, re-export, or transfer directly or indirectly any products acquired from Artisan to Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or Cuba; or, if for military end-use, to any country restricted by US arms embargos including, but not limited to China, Russia, or Venezuela. (15 CFR 746) (22 CFR 126.1) (15 CFR Supplement No. 1 to Part 740).
  4. Customer agrees that if Customer resells or otherwise disposes of any Products or technical data purchased hereunder, Customer will comply with any export restrictions applicable to such transfer.
  5. The use, disposition, export and/or re-export of the Products is subject to all applicable United States Laws and Regulations. This includes the Export Administration Act (EAA), the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (22 CFR 120-130) and the Export Administration Regulation (15 CFR 300-799) which among other things prohibit:

    1. The making of false statements and/or concealment of any material information regarding the use or disposition, export or re-export of the item.
    2. Any use, disposition, export or re-export of the property not authorized in accordance with the provisions of this contract.
    3. Any false information provided and/or concealment of any material information regarding the use, disposition or export of this property may constitute a violation of Provisions of 18 USC 1001, 22 USC 2778, or 50 USC Appx.2410.
