This PACE TF-2000 BGA / CSP Rework System is a parts unit and will be sold as is without warranty. This unit's lower heating unit is not working properly. The custom connection cables are included. The PC, software, cooling fan, or other attachments are not included. Please contact manufacturer for pricing and availability.

Pace TF-2000 BGA / CSP Rework System Overview

Features:

  • Self-Contained Blower and Vacuum Pumps

  • Automatic Cooling Fan
The PACE TF-2000 BGA / CSP Rework System is comprised of three self-contained stations: the reflow station, the placement station and the base / pre-heater station. Each individual station is lightweight and compact, allowing for easy set-up and portability. Up to 40 reflow profiles can be stored by the TF 2000. Save profiles can be recalled at the touch of a button and are displayed on the LCD display panel.

The Pace TF-2000 BGA / CSP Rework System may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
