Kurtz Ersa ERSASCOPE 1 BGA and SND Optical Inspection System Overview

Features:

  • Provides Clear Images of Hidden Solder Joints Underneath SMDs
  • Powerful Illumination
  • X-Y Inspection Table
The ERSASCOPE 1 system is equipped with a high quality CCD- Camera. The unit can be connected directly to any color video monitor or the signal can be displayed on a PC monitor by use of a frame grabber card. Best image quality will be achieved with high resolution color tube monitors (CRT) (horizontal resolution = 460 TV lines). A black/ white monitor is not suited for this application.

The Kurtz Ersa ERSASCOPE 1 BGA and SND Optical Inspection System may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
