Zygo ZMI-2001 Single Axis 6U VME Measurement Board Overview

The ZMI 2000 VME Measurement Boards are single or dual axis boards requiring fewer backplane slots. Simplified P2 interfacing means single or multiple boards can be easily bussed to a single servo card or motor controller.

With the ZMI 2000 Measurement Boards:

The ZMI 2002 offers two axes of interferometry on a single 6U VME board.

The measurement boards are fully programmable through the interface bus (VME or ISA), or the P2 interface. Reduced cost of integration
Standard hardware interfaces for up to 7.7 MHz P2 data rates for up to 16 axes. Easily expanded to accommodate more axes at the same rates.

The Zygo ZMI-2001 Single Axis 6U VME Measurement Board may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
