Danotherm CBV 265 C 100R Aluminum Housed Compact Brake Resistor Overview

The Danotherm CBH / CBV Aluminum Housed Compact Brake Resistors consist of fully welded wirewound resistors, mounted in silica sand, insulated with MICANITE and mounted in an anodised aluminium house. The base material is high temperature MICANITE which is long time stable at 700°C and short time resistant up to1000°C. The construction has high resistance to temperature changes. The resistors comply with IP50 giving electrical and thermal protection.

The steady state power range span from 100W to 1700W steady state load and they can withstand pulse loads of up to 60 times these values for one second every 120 seconds.
