Description
This Matec Applied Sciences CHDF 2000 - Capillary Hydrodynamic Fractionation is used and in excellent condition. This unit has been tested and verified to be working. However, the Fractionation Cartridge may need to be replaced and the pH probe is not included. Please contact Matec for pricing and availability of the parts.

This unit is missing a flat panel inside which covers the right side of the unit and keeps the door closed. View Photo of the inside of the unit.

The CHDF2000 has a powerful fractionation-based sizing method, capable of measuring the most complex, multimodal size distributions in under 10 minutes - completely independent of particle density - in a simple, easy-to-use hardware platform. The CHDF2000 can measure particle size distributions with very high resolution because the particles are physically fractionated according to size before detection by the patented Capillary Hydrodynamic Fractionation (CHDF) technique. The CHDF2000 combines the proven CHDF technique with Windows operating software and an advanced hardware platform into a rapid, efficient, and reliable particle size analyzer. The CHDF2000 can even be used with an external autosampler for automated analysis of over 100 samples.

The Matec CHDF 2000 Capillary Hydrodynamic Fractionation may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
