Del-Tron 101-X Ball Slide Positioning Stage Overview

Features:

  • Smooth, Accurate Travel for Intermittent Motion Applications
  • Side Mounted Lock Feature Prevents Movement of Carriage
  • Carriages are Spring Loaded Against Micrometer Heads with 0.001" (0.01mm) Graduations
  • One, Two or Three Axis Models Can be Used in Any Orientation
  • Standard Counterbored Holes in Base and Threaded Holes in Carriage
The Del-Tron Micrometer Positioning Stages are manufactured with travels ranging from 0.25" to 2.0". All of Del-Tron's linear positioners are manufactured in X, XY and XYZ configurations and can carry loads ranging from 4 lbs on their miniature ball slide series all the way up to 160 lbs on their crossed roller positioning stages. All model numbers are manufacture in inch or metric micrometers and mounting holes. Most models are manufactured with locking micrometers. The SD Series (side drive mounted micrometers) are designed for applications requiring the smallest footprint possible. Positioning accuracies range from 0.0005" per inch of travel straight line accuracy on the ball slide positioning stages to 0.0001" per inch of travel straight line accuracy on the crossed roller positioning stages.

The Del-Tron 101-X Ball Slide Positioning Stage may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
