The LCR-8101 1MHz Precision LCR Meter provides accuracy and versatility for a wide range of component measurements. High resolution and accuracy provide precise measurement results which helps in reconstructing component characteristics. The Multi-Step function allows customized measurement with Pass/Fail indication, in accordance with the users' requirements. Parameters and limitations are defined separately for each program step. The GPIB and RS-232C interface are installed as standard features for controlling the instrument and reading the measurement results. An Optional Graph Mode function can display component characterization over a wide frequency range in graph charts. The rich features of LCR-8101 relieve users' measurement tasks at a very competitive price.
The Instek LCR-8101 1MHz Precision LCR Meter may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
