Description
This ADC DSX-4H-MBRC 3-Port Module is used and in excellent condition.

The DSX-4H-MBRC is a 3-port rear cross-connect DSX-3 module with midsize jacks. This basic 3-port module includes intrusive IN and OUT switching jacks, and one non-intrusive MONITOR jack that is bridged to the OUT jack. Each module has a red LED. All jacks incorporate "make-before-break" contacts which ensure that signals are not interrupted during patching.

ADC DSX-4H-MBRC 3-Port Module Overview

The ADC DSX Series DS3 / STS-1 Coaxial Modules feature a wide range of front and rear cross-connect options. Each DSX module provides an IN and OUT switching jack for direct access to the network element's input and output signals. Switching jacks in each module provide a means to temporarily break the connection between network elements that are cross-connected together and allow access to the signals for test and patching operations. A MONITOR jack with a high-impedance bridge network (21.5 dB below the active signal) is connected to the OUT jack for nonintrusive access to the output signal of each network element. ADC's DSX-3 provides cable termination, jack access, and cross-connect functions in a coaxial-based broadband network. Each network element is permanently cabled to a separate DSX-3 module. Any network element may be connected to any other network element in a nondedicated manner by means of a semipermanent cross-connect jumper between two DSX-3 modules.

The ADC DSX-4H-MBRC 3-Port Module may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
