Benera Nallatech cPCI DIME-II Motherboard

The Nallatech Benera cPCI DIME-II Motherboard providea ultra high performance support for the range of Xilinx Virtex FPGAs. Designed with flexibility in mind, DIME-II has wide I/O communications buses for highly parallel interconnectivity. Along with the Benera motherboard, Nallatech also offer a range of DIME-II modules. The Benera cPCI DIME-II Motherboard is for high performance applications, utilizing FPGAs from Xilinx along with the flexibility and scalability of DIME-II. Features include a Xilinx Virtex FPGA and a Virtex-E FPGA, along with support for up to four DIME-II modules. The board is supplied with PCI and board control firmware, which is contained in the on-board Virtex FPGA. The larger Virtex-E FPGA is available entirely for users' own designs. Flexible clocking options and the plug'n'play ability of the Benera makes it an ideal platform for electronic systems in many application areas, including DSP, communications, real-time systems and image processing. The Benera comes supplied with Nallatech's PCI control core providing an interface between the host and the board, abstracting this functionality and allowing users to be up and running quickly. The Nallatech plug'n'play Multiple Configuration software allows rapid configuration of both the on-board and DIME-II module Virtex FPGAs. As a result, users can have their design configured and running in a matter of minutes.
