Inficon / Leybold DN 16 ISO-KF Angle Valve Overview

Features:

  • Aluminum or Stainless Steel Housing
  • FPM or EPDM Seals
  • Two Operating Modes: Remote and Local
  • LEDs to Indicate Positions and Faults
The Inficon / Leybold DN 16 / DN 25 / DN 40 ISO-KF Angle Valves, which are electromagnetically actuated bellows sealed angle valves, are used as shut-off or venting devices in vacuum applications. The angle valves are opened electromagnetically and closed by means of a prestressed pressure spring. They close, or remain closed, on power loss.

The Inficon DN 16 ISO-KF Angle Valve may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
