Functions

Delivers high-intensity UV light for fast curing of adhesives, coatings, and inks; features adjustable light intensity, exposure time control, and built-in radiometer for precise measurements; compatible with various UV-light guides; interfaces with external sensors for automated operation; used in electronics assembly, medical device manufacturing, and optics bonding.

Applications

Ultraviolet (UV) spot curing of adhesives and coatings in medical device assembly, electronics, and optical components where precise control over the curing area and intensity is required to ensure optimal adhesion and stability of UV-sensitive materials.

Accessories

Requires 100W mercury arc lamp module and liquid or fiber light guides (single/multi-leg, 3mm/5mm/8mm diameters). Interfaces include a front-panel light guide port, a rear 15-pin D-sub (DB-15) female I/O port for PLC automation, a 9-pin D-sub (DB-9) male RS-232 port for remote control, and a 1/4\" phone jack for an optional foot pedal. Power is supplied via a standard IEC 320-C14 AC inlet. A radiometer is needed for calibration.
